On holiday’s? We provide group training sessions for groups that are in town for only a short time and need to stay on track with their health and fitness.

Whether you need to burn off the holiday treats, maintain muscle or just want to keep yourself on track, we can provide the service you need whilst you’re away from home!
If you would like the comfort and privacy to train with friends without interference from weather or spectators, we have the option to have your group session in the EST gym.
The gym is available for your own personal group session in our off-peak times, where you can have the space and trainer all to yourselves. Minimum 6 participants.
